Complete customer profiles

Each customer profile stores everything you need: name, phone number, email address, physical address, and any notes you want to add. You can see at a glance how many animals they have, when their last visit was, their total spending, and whether they have any outstanding invoices. It is your client book, digitized and searchable.

Detailed animal records

This is where Check-in DOG really shines. Every animal gets their own profile with their name, breed, date of birth, weight, coat type, and a photo. But the real value is in the details only a groomer would think to track: preferred grooming style, skin sensitivities, areas that need special attention, behavioral notes like anxiety triggers or aggression warnings, and veterinary contacts.

Grooming history at your fingertips

Every time you groom an animal, the visit is recorded in their history. You can see what services were performed, what products were used, any notes from the groomer, and photos from before and after. Six months later, when the owner calls asking for "the same cut as last time," you will know exactly what that means.

Smart search and filters

Finding a customer or animal takes seconds. Search by name, phone number, breed, or any other field. Filter your database by last visit date to identify clients who have not been in for a while — perfect for sending a friendly reminder or a special offer to win them back.

Multiple animals per household

Many of your customers have more than one pet. Check-in DOG handles this naturally: one customer profile can be linked to as many animals as needed. Book appointments for multiple pets in the same visit, and the invoicing will handle everything correctly.

Import and export
