Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Check-in DOG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Check-in DOG is operated by BlueRock Research & Development ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Check-in DOG is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform designed for pet grooming professionals. The Service provides tools for appointment management, customer and animal record-keeping, invoicing, SMS notifications, and related business management features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing a pet grooming business or similar professional activity. You may not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Check-in DOG, including customer records, animal profiles, appointments, and invoices. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of subscription. All fees are quoted in euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueRock Research & Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
